In the third quarter of 2024, the top five first-person games on the Android platform in the United States exhibited diverse performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Minecraft: Play with Friends by Mojang showed a gradual decline in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $270K in early July and ending at around $165K by late September. Weekly downloads fluctuated, peaking at approximately 199K in mid-September, while weekly active users saw a decrease from about 2M to 1.5M over the quarter.

Manage Supermarket Simulator from Zego Global Pte experienced a downward trend in both weekly downloads and revenue. Downloads decreased from about 141K in mid-July to around 2.4K by the end of September, with revenue following a similar pattern, dropping from $12K to just over $1K. Active users also declined, starting at approximately 350K in July and finishing the quarter at about 189K.

Riding Extreme 3D by playducky.com saw a notable spike in weekly downloads in late July, reaching over 213K, before declining to around 5.2K by the end of September. Revenue remained relatively low throughout the quarter, peaking at $276 in late July. Active users mirrored the download trend, increasing sharply to 318K in late July and then decreasing to approximately 21K by the end of September.

Call of Duty: Mobile Season 9 by Activision Publishing, Inc. maintained strong weekly revenue, peaking at $1.5M in early August before stabilizing around $668K by the end of September. Downloads were relatively stable, with a peak of about 90K in late July. Active users fluctuated, reaching a high of approximately 930K in early August and settling at around 675K by the end of the quarter.

My Supermarket Simulator 3D from Game District LLC saw a consistent increase in both downloads and revenue. Weekly downloads rose from about 7K in mid-July to over 78K by the end of September, while revenue increased steadily, reaching over $13K by the end of the quarter. Active users followed a similar upward trajectory, starting at roughly 6.8K and growing to about 182K.
